Texas Health Venture Group gains new partner

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company announced in a press release that Heritage Park Surgical Hospital (HPSH) has partnered with Texas Health Ventures Group (THVG).

Sherman, Texas-based HPSH is a physician-owned 12-bed hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient surgical services for almost all specialties, according to the press release. 

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as the exclusive financial advisor to HPSH during the transaction.

THVG is a joint venture between United Surgical Partners International (USPI) and Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH). The two Dallas-based companies are currently operating 25 ASCs and 10 surgical hospitals. Individually, USPI owns more than 260 short-stay facilities and BSWH is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas.
