The 54-bed Forth Worth hospital filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in late 2015.

Lawyers who put the hospital in bankruptcy protection have filed court papers asking to sell the facility at a May 12 auction. They said there are several potential buyers interested in purchasing the facility, and bids at the auction may top Texas Health’s $112 million offer, according to the report.
