St. Vincent Hospital in Colorado to Partner With Centura Health

St. Vincent Hospital in Leadville, Colo., has signed an affiliation and services agreement with Englewood, Colo.-based Centura Health.

The 25-bed St. Vincent, a critical access hospital, is the eighth hospital to become an independent “affiliate” of Centura. Centura has 15 hospitals across its system.

Under the deal, St. Vincent patients will have access to Centura’s best clinical practices. Centura will also provide certain resources to help St. Vincent expand clinical services. Financial details were not disclosed.
