Here are five things to know.
1. For nearly two decades, St. Vincent Healthcare has provided radiation oncology services to patients at Big Horn Basin Regional Cancer Center in Cody via a collaborative relationship with West Park Hospital, according to the report.
2. A new agreement took effect Feb. 1.
3. Now radiation oncology services will become a department of West Park Hospital, the report states.
4. Under the new agreement, West Park Hospital will manage patient billing and other day-to-day operations, and employees of the radiation oncology services will remain employees of St. Vincent Healthcare.
5. Jennifer Ball will take over as director for the cancer center.
