St. Lawrence Health Systems, Adirondack Health Institute announce partnership

Potsdam, N.Y.-based St. Lawrence Health System officials signed an agreement to partner with the Glen Falls, N.Y.-based Adirondack Health Institute to improve residents’ access to care for chronic illnesses, according to the Watertown Daily Times.

The partnership will allow both institutions to access a whole network of resources and data for additional programs, according to the article.

The deal was announced on Sept. 12.

St. Lawrence Health Systems consists of Canton-Potsdam (N.Y.) Hospital and Foundation, New York City-based Gouverneur Hospital and various other outpatient facilities.

The Adirondack Health Institute is a venture that includes Adirondack Health, Glens Falls (N.Y.) Hospital, Queensbury, N.Y.-based Hudson Headwaters Health Networks and Burlington-based University of Vermont Health Network.
