The hospital board of commissioners met Feb. 1 and selected Huebner Advisory and Sarah Cave Consulting to help facilitate the process.
Snoqualmie Valley Hospital CEO Tom Parker said the hospital is looking at a possible merger or affiliation to secure financial stability and improve the facility’s services, according to the article.
The hospital previously attempted to merge with Bellevue, Wash.-based Overlake Medical Center in 2014, but the deal was never finalized. This is the hospital’s second attempt at a potential merger or acquisition.
