Sanford Health, Medcenter One Consider Merger

Sanford Health, based in Fargo, N.D., and Sioux Falls, S.D., and Bismarck, N.D.-based Medcenter One are discussing a possible merger, according to a Great Plains Examiner report.

Medcenter One operates a 228-bed hospital in Bismarck as well as a nursing home and several clinics, according to the report.

Specific terms of the possible deal were not released.
