New Mexico’s Lovelace Health Completes Roswell Regional Purchase

Lovelace Health System based in Albuquerque, N.M., has completed its purchase of the assets and operations of Roswell (N.M.) Regional Hospital and its Family Care Clinic in Roswell, according to a Lovelace news release.

The acquisition is funded by Lovelace’s parent company, Ardent Health Services, based in Nashville, Tenn.
