Mercy, Patients First Health Care Complete Merger

Washington, Mo.-based Patients First Health Care and Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy have completed a merger to integrate Patients First into Mercy.

Through the merger, Mercy has created a new division of Mercy Clinic to combine the 33 existing Mercy Clinic physicians, co-workers and offices in Franklin County, Mo., with the Patients First physicians, employees and offices.
