Physicians of Thousand Oaks Surgical, who own nearly half of the hospital, voted in favor of an agreement with Los Robles’ owner, Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA, over San Francisco-based Dignity Health, according to the report. According to the report, a signed agreement between the hospitals could come within the next two months.
