The facilities are located in Longview, Texas; Temple, Texas; Rogers, Ark.; and Cincinnati. The facilities have a combined workforce of 500 staffers and each facility has 36 rooms, according to a March 1 Lifepoint news release.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Lifepoint Rehabilitation, the rehabilitation business unit of Lifepoint, will run the facilities.
