According to the release, the agreement between the two hospitals will be similar to WDH’s collaboration with Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital, which includes separate agreements in selected clinical disciplines.
The collaboration proposal has four main goals, including expanding the hospitalist program at HH, creating a consultation program for complex medical patients, developing specialty clinic services and improving stroke care.
