Hartford HealthCare, Backus Corporation Sign Affiliation Letter of Intent

Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare, Hartford Hospital’s regional care network, has announced a potential affiliation with Backus Corporation, parent company of Backus Healthcare System, based in Norwich, Conn., according to a Hartford HealthCare news release.
