CHS originally planned for QHC to be independent by the end of March, but the hospital network delayed the spinout in January.
QHC will include 38 hospitals across 16 states as well as CHS’ hospital management and consulting business.
Following its spin off from CHS, QHC expects to record revenue in the range of $2.2 billion to $2.3 billion in 2016.
