Catholic Health Initiatives, PeaceHealth End Partnership Talks

Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives and Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth have agreed to suspend their discussions after signing a non-binding agreement with intent to affiliate in August 2012.

Explorations into a possible partnership failed to reveal opportunities for integrating the two systems, according to a news release. Leaders from both systems will maintain a relationship but will seek new partners.
