Atrium purchased the 7,100-square-foot property Feb. 2 after the Cincinnati Eye Institute transferred to the medical center’s current campus.

A Premier Health spokesperson said the health system “viewed [the purchase] as an opportunity to acquire the existing property and is evaluating it for future medical use,” according to the report.
