Novant Health joins forces with St. Jude's to fight pediatric cancer

Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health has affiliated with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Chicago, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.

The collaboration is designed to improve access to pediatric cancer care in Charlotte and throughout the Southeast, according to the report. As part of the agreement, the Novant Health Blume Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Clinic in Charlotte will be renamed the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital. The clinic will serve as a comprehensive cancer treatment and hematology center for children and young adults.
