Together the new medical group includes 32 locations and 130 providers distributed across 19 primary care offices, a children’s health center, a women’s health center, a breast care center, two urgent care centers and general, orthopedic and neurological surgery practices, according to the report.
The St. Elizabeth Medical Group practices will become patient-centered medical homes, similar to the model used by the Adirondack Community practices.
