St. John’s Health System in Missouri to Undergo Name Change

St. John’s Health System, based in Springfield, Mo., will undergo a name change to Mercy starting in 2012, according to a KSPR report.

The health system will rebrand the organization as Mercy in recognition of the hospital system’s founders The Sisters of Mercy in St. Louis, according to the report.
