The organization said the blogs will present “topics that matter most to community and rural hospitals.”
“CHC has always taken an educational approach in reaching out to stakeholders,” said Anne Block, CHC’s director of marketing. “Thus, the monthly CHC blogs are educational in nature and address industry topics relevant to community hospital leaders. CHC experts are often ‘in the field’ helping hospitals and their learnings are what we hope to share with others.”
CHC began the blogs last fall and some of the more popular ones have been “Strategy and Vision Planning for Results” and “Beating the Odds in Rural Healthcare.”
The most recent blog, “Three Steps to Help Rural Hospitals Overcome Financial Distress,” is available here. In the March blog, CHC plans to focus on issues around quality.
