6. Leaders must be present and available and have the ability to make their employees feel comfortable approaching them with ideas for change and innovation.

7. Establishing convictions and values creates an unshakable foundation upon which every great organization is built, and leaders cannot be afraid to openly express what they believe in.

8. It is essential for leaders to demonstrate accountability and establish this culture from the top-down.
