Listed below are Mr. Blue’s three best pieces of career advice.
1. Don’t be afraid to ask someone in your network to help you evaluate any potential opportunities to see if they or someone they know works at the company and can tell you about what day-to-day life is like there.
2. Find people who have held similar positions and have a conversation with them so you can more fully understand the kinds of responsibilities your new role will bring.
3. Ask people in your network to keep an eye out for opportunities that may interest you, as not every position is advertised publicly.
