Texas Children’s Hospital Opens Women’s and Children’s Center

Houston-based Texas Children’s Hospital has opened a Texas Children’s Health Plan facility for Women and Children, according to a report from local ABC 13 News.

The facility targets women and children who are part of Medicaid and CHIP, respectively, and is open seven days a week.

In addition to pediatric and obstetric care, the facility houses eye and dental care and pharmacy services, creating an easy way for parents to one-stop-shop healthcare for their children, according to the report.
