Woman’s Hospital appoints Dr. W. Dore Binder CMO: 4 points

Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, La., selected W. Dore Binder, MD, to serve as CMO, according to The Advocate.

1. Dr. Binder most recently served as chief quality officer/medical director of perinatal quality of the hospital.

2. He has provided obstetrics and gynecologic care at Woman’s Hospital for the past 34 years.

3. Dr. Binder is a co-founder of Louisiana Women’s Healthcare, a physician group in Baton Rouge.

4. He holds a master of medical management degree at New Orleans-based Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
