Ms. Hocking has served as the hospital’s interim COO for the past 18 months. She previously worked as a consultant for healthcare organizations, including as interim director of redesign and operational excellence for Hospital Sisters Health System in Springfield, Ill., and interim executive director of perioperative services at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
