Western Plains Medical Complex taps new CFO, chief nursing officer: 3 points

Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kan., recently appointed Ryan Pugh CFO and Jay Fogg chief nursing officer, according to a Dodge City Daily Globe report.
