West Branch Regional Medical Center CFO to serve as interim CEO

Robert McGrail, current CFO of West Branch (Mich.) Regional Medical Center, will serve as the hospital’s interim CEO until it finalizes an affiliation with another healthcare organization, according to The Ogemaw County Herald.

West Branch Medical Center has not yet chosen which organization it will affiliate with.

Mr. McGrail was approved for a six-month contract as interim CEO with a three-month extension, as well as a 25 percent pay increase. According to the report, if he is let go by the hospital’s affiliated partner, Mr. McGrail will receive one year’s worth of pay.
