2. Most recently, she served as senior associate administrator for ambulatory care services.
3. Ms. Hartz played a key role in establishing and growing Washington Hospital’s affiliation with University of California San Francisco Health.
4. She succeeds Nancy D. Farber, who earlier in May announced plans to retire in the next six months.
