Here are three things to know about Mr. Badalian.
1. He most recently was CEO of the 400-bed Fountain Valley (Calif.) Regional Hospital & Medical Center, part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.
2. During his tenure at FVRMC, Mr. Badalian helped organize a hospital-wide transformation focused on quality, service and growth, Verity said. He also led various capital projects.
3. Prior to joining FVRMC, Mr. Badalian was CEO of Lakewood (Calif.) Regional Medical Center.
