Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Yuhas most recently served as president and CEO of St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, Calif., part of San Francisco-based Dignity Health.
2. He has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience in a number of U.S. healthcare organizations, including Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
3. He will assume his new role on Jan. 9, 2017, where he will oversee more than 3,900 employees and continue expanding of services.
4. He replaces George Hayes, who left early in November.
