3. Dr. Logan-Owens most recently served as a vice president at Tuomey.
4. Dr. Logan-Owens earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and a master’s degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She received a doctorate degree in healthcare administration last year from MUSC.
