Trios Health taps interim CFO to lead through bankruptcy process: 5 notes

Kennewick, Wash.-based Trios Health selected Michael Rolph to serve as interim CFO.

Here are five notes:

1. As interim CFO, Mr. Rolph will guide Kennewick Public Hospital District, doing business as Trios Health, through the Chapter 9 bankruptcy process. He will oversee financial, accounting and budgetary functions as well as IT and facility maintenance.

2. Mr. Rolph is an executive on contract from Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health Resources, a management services firm Trios Health hired.

3. His prior experience includes serving as senior vice president and CFO at Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Healthcare System.

4. He is equipped with 30-plus years of healthcare finance management experience.

5. Mr. Rolph is taking over from Tony Sudduth, who is leaving the post for a new job opportunity.
