Thomas Leeper joins Clinical Magnet executive leadership board: 5 things to know

Clinical Magnet, a healthcare recruitment process outsourcing provider, has hired Thomas Leeper as senior director of client services and solution design.

Here are five things to know about Mr. Leeper.

1. He has more than 25 years of experience in the recruiting and client service space.

2. Most recently, he served as head of client services of Alexander Mann Solutions in London, where he managed client relationships, led the firm's U.S. technology consulting practice and oversaw teams of up to 50 talent management experts.

3. He also previously served as vice president of human resources and recruiting at Credit Acceptance, a finance company in Southfield, Mich.

4. At Clinical Magnet, Mr. Leeper is responsible for expanding the organization's client base, streamlining service processes and improving overall client satisfaction, according to a news release. He also will work with clients to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve key performance metrics as they move through the recruiting and hiring process, officials said.

5. Mr. Leeper earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from East Lansing-based Michigan State University.
