Tenet hospital taps CEO

East Cooper Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, S.C., has named Tyler Sherrill CEO, effective July 10.

The hospital is part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s eastern group, and Mr. Sherrill’s transition is within the system. He most recently served as CEO of Tenet’s South Carolina Physician Operations, according to a July 10 news release from the hospital.
