Ms. Ramazani most recently served as CFO of Tulane Health System in New Orleans. She was previously CFO and COO at Garden Park Medical Center in Gulfport, Miss.
She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Ms. Ramazani succeeds Kathy Ashenfelter, who is retiring after more than 30 years of service at the hospital.
