Sutter Davis (Calif.) Hospital named Tamara Davis, RN, chief nurse executive, according to a report by Davis Enterprise.

1. Ms. Powers most recently served as assistant administrator for the Anderson Lucchetti Women’s and Children’s Center at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento, Calif., where she was responsible for all aspects of leadership.

2. She has also worked to at Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health & Services during her career.

3. Ms. Powers received an MBA in healthcare management from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash.
