Sumner Regional Medical Center CEO Dr. Robert Bean Resigns

Robert Bean, PhD, has announced his resignation as president and CEO of Wellington, Kan.-based Sumner Regional Medical Center, according to a Wellington Daily News report.

Dr. Bean has served as president and CEO since 2003. He has been with SRMC for a total of 18 years. According to the report, Dr. Bean is leaving SRMC to practice psychology at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kan. His last day has not been determined.
