Ms. Baughman joined Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, Summerville Medical Center’s parent, in 2006. She has since served as controller at Orange Park (Fla.) Medical Center and assistant CFO at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla.
She holds a master’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of West Florida in Pensacola.
