Mr. Moeller has been working with Stillwater Medical Center’s board of trustees to develop a transition plan, according to the report. The board is working on assembling a committee to conduct a national search for Mr. Moeller’s successor.
Since beginning his career in hospital administration in 1974, Mr. Moeller has served as CEO of three other hospitals.
