1. Most recently, Ms. Taylor served as vice president of operations at New York-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville, N.Y.

2. She previously served as a director at Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, where she oversaw the financial analysis of Tenet’s business and revenue cycle operations.

3. She has more than 17 years of experience in hospital leadership, clinical management and healthcare and life sciences consulting.

4. She holds a master of public health degree from Emory University School of Public Health in Atlanta.
