St. Mary Medical Center names Michael Neils chief philanthropy officer

Long Beach, Calif.-based St. Mary Medical Center has selected Michael Neils to serve as chief philanthropy officer, effective Sept. 23, according to a Signal Tribune report.

Mr. Neils most recently served as senior development officer at Providence Little Company of Mary Foundation, which has locations in Los Angeles and Torrance, Calif. He has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership.

In his new role, he will oversee the St. Mary Medical Center Foundation and lead all fundraising campaigns.
