St. Francis Hospital hires Charlene Falgout as CNO: 3 notes

St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Ga., a Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health facility, appointed Charlene Falgout, BSN, to the post of CNO, according to a Ledger-Enquirer report.

Here are three notes:

1. Ms. Falgout comes to St. Francis Hospital from Houston-based St. Joseph’s Medical Center, where she also served as CNO.

2. She has previously worked at Birmingham, Ala.-based Brookwood Baptist Medical Center, where she served as a nurse manager and clinical educator.

3. Ms. Falgout holds a master’s degree in public and private healthcare management from Birmingham Southern University as well as a doctorate in strategic leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va.
