St. Charles Health System names new CFO

St. Charles Health System, based in Bend, Ore., has named Jennifer Welander CFO.

Ms. Welander joined St. Charles in 2009 as the director of accounting. She has also served as the system’s director of finance and took on the interim CFO role in January.

“I’m honored that the leadership team has confidence in me to continue the good work that we have implemented and to expand it,” Ms. Welander said. “I feel strongly that this is a great organization and we’re really making steps forward to support our patients and our caregivers in a different way.”

Ms. Welander is a certified pubic accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Oregon.
