Most recently, Ms. Leslie served as CNO of the United and Kelsey hospitals. She has worked with Spectrum Health for 18 years and has previously served as a nurse’s assistant and a registered nurse at Spectrum Health’s Blodgett and Butterworth hospitals, both located in Grand Rapids.

Ms. Leslie succeeds Brian Brasser, who stepped down from his role to pursue other opportunities with Spectrum Health.

“I learned throughout my career as a nurse that it made me feel good to take care of others and quickly realized when I got into administration that I could help people on a much bigger level,” Ms. Leslie told The Daily News. “It wasn’t that one-on-one care, but really making decisions that are the right thing to do for patients and really ensuring that we’re doing the best that we can and providing really high quality care.”
