Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Dow has served as Southern Coos Hospital’s interim CEO twice before; once from August 2012 to April 2013 and then from October 2016 to February 2017.
2. He also served as the hospital’s CFO from 2009 to 2012.
3. He succeeds JoDee Tittle, who left for a leadership role at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, Calif.
4. Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center plans to use internal resources to find a permanent CEO and will not be hiring a search firm.
