Here are four points:
1. Dr. Witkop is currently the hospital’s CMO.
2. She will continue to perform some CMO duties after becoming interim CEO. CFO Steve Daniels will also take on some CEO responsibilities.
3. She will remain interim CEO until the hospital completes affiliation talks with Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, Wash.
4. Dr. Witkop replaced Tom Parker, who is resigned Nov. 24.
