Hunterdon Healthcare System taps Crozer-Keystone CEO for top post

Flemington, N.J.-based Hunterdon Healthcare System appointed Patrick Gavin president and CEO, effective in early January.

Mr. Gavin most recently served as president and CEO of Springfield, Pa.-based Crozer-Keystone Health System. Prior to joining Crozer-Keystone, he served as executive vice president and COO of Reading (Pa.) Hospital. He also has experience in leadership roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pa., and Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia.

Mr. Gavin is a member of the board of directors for the Hospital and Health System Association of Pennsylvania. He holds an MBA in information systems from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia as well as a master’s degree in public health from New York City-based Columbia University.
