Shelly Hunter. CFO of Mercy Hospital Joplin (Mo.). Ms. Hunter has served as CFO of Mercy Hospital Joplin since 2009. In this role, Ms. Hunter also oversees financial and support operations for five Mercy hospitals in the Southwest Missouri-Kansas region. She serves on the boards of the Joplin Family Y and Bright Futures USA, and was board president for the Show Me Missouri Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association, where she is a fellow. Ms. Hunter earned her MBA from PittsburgStateUniversity.
