Sentara Health taps new CFO

Hampton Roads, Va.-based Sentara Health has appointed Melinda Hancock executive vice president and CFO, effective Jan. 1.

Ms. Hancock will succeed Robert Broermann, who is retiring in April, according to a Dec. 13 news release.

Ms. Hancock currently serves as executive vice president and chief transformation officer for Sentara. She also previously served as the non-profit health system’s chief administration officer.
