Sentara Health CFO to retire

Hampton Roads, Va.-based Sentara Health executive vice president and CFO Robert Broermann has shared plans to retire in April 2025, according to a LinkedIn post from the health system.

Mr. Broermann has been with Sentara since 1998 and has held his current position since 2001, according to Sentara’s website. In his existing role, Mr. Broermann is responsible for all aspects of the nonprofit health system’s financial management.

Sentara has begun searching for its next CFO to help prepare for a smooth transition, the LinkedIn post said.
